If this product doesn’t work for you, we will refund your money. You can submit your request for refund for starter kit purchased on our Satisfying website by our Customer Service Department to the above indicated address within 30 days of purchase date. This refund applies for starter kits only; there are no refunds for cartridges, due to Health and Sanitary Laws.

All items excluding cartridges can be refunded 30 days from date of purchased subject to a 20% restocking fee, misused or broken items will not be refunded.

One (1) year limited warranty: Satisfying Smoke warrants to the original purchases of this product from Satisfying, that our products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects or cost caused due to:

1. Alteration, modification, service or repair of this product by any person or company other than Satisfying Smoke.

2. Misuse of, or physical abuse to the product in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in instructions, or

3. Any use of the product other than that which it was intended.

Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy other that the warranty contained herein is hereby excluded and disclaimed including implied warranties of merchantability.

If you should choose to refuse delivery of your shipment, we will refund your purchase less shipping and 20% restocking fee warranty remedy: replacement or repair of product.

Subject to the above warranty, should your Satisfying Smoke device fail, please follow these three easy steps below:

1. Email our Customer Service Department at service@Satisfying, to apply for an approved Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA).
Your email subject line must be labeled: “Request for Return Authorization Number”.

In the body of your email, please include:
a. Your first and last name and or company name.
b. Order number
c. Purchase date
d. Telephone number
e. Email address
f. Shipping address
g. And the reason for the return and detailed explanation of the problems you are experiencing.
All of this information is required for processing your request.

2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our service department will review your information, and email you a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). Please do not send any product to us unless and until you have your (MRA).
Once you have received your (MRA), please securely package your returns and include with your package a copy of the email from our Customer Service Department including your (MRA). Send only the products you are experiencing problems with.

3. As soon as our Customer Service Department receives the product you are returning, we will send you a confirmation email, and it will also include an estimated time of delivery.
